Order by Phone

Placing an order from Artelexia.com is easy, fast, and safe. But sometimes you want to hear a friendly voice reassuring you that your order has been correctly placed. Shipping

Casa Artelexia ships all merchandise within the 48 contiguous states via the US Postal Service and UPS. Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 days although some items may take longer to process. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately. Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case. Shipping can take 4-6 business days depending on the size and weight of the items. Once the order has shipped, Casa Artelexia will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way and an estimated time of arrival.


International Shipments

Casa Artelexia will take international orders on a per order basis. If you are an international customer and would like to make a purchase from Casa Artelexia, please email us at info@artelexia.com so that we may provide you with a shipping quote based on your order.


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Please review your order very carefully, and email prior to ordering if there are any questions. We cannot accept returns, or exchanges.


Damages

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the package arrival. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Please include your purchase order # and contact information.
